30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Your pet's happiness is our priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items For the health and safety of all pets, we cannot accept returns on: food, treats, supplements, opened grooming products, or any item showing signs of use or wear.

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
