How do I measure my dog for a harness?
Use a soft tape measure to measure your dog's chest girth (the widest part of the chest, just behind the front legs) and neck circumference. Compare these measurements to the size chart on the product page. When in doubt, size up for comfort.

Do you offer free shipping?

Will I be charged customs or import duties?

How do I track my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tinpaw.com or +356 99809332. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
What is TinPaw's return policy?
We want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for details.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at info@tinpaw.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Payments
What payment methods does TinPaw accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Is it safe to pay on TinPaw?
Yes. TinPaw uses industry-standard SSL encryption and Shopify's secure payment infrastructure to protect your personal and payment information. We do not store your card details.
Are prices on TinPaw inclusive of VAT?
All prices displayed on TinPaw are in Euros (EUR). VAT is already included in price
